|Henrik Poulsen [born 1967] has served as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of TDC A/S since November 2008 and holds a M.Sc. in Finance and Accounting from Aarhus School of Business. He has had significant experience in strategic planning and execution as a result of senior positions in companies such as McKinsey & Co., LEGO A/S and KKR Capstone, and these capabilities will prove valuable to the board.|
|Alice Dautry [born 1950] has served as President of the Institut Pasteur a world leading research institute in microbiology since 2005 and has a strong scientific profile within immune health and microbiology. Prof. Dautry trained as a solid state physicist at the University of Paris and as a molecular biologist at the University of New York at Stony Brook and the National Institutes of Health in Maryland. Alice Dautry will bring a strong scientific background in the field of Health and Nutrition to the board.|
